Acceleration of Registration statements if a change in the SEC’s Operating Status occurs

The SEC© has made a statement in regards to the ongoing uncertainty about possible changes in the SEC’s operating status in the event of a prolonged federal govt. shutdown. The SEC© will provide as much advance notice as possible and will consider granting requests for acceleration of pending registration statements.
