Securex Form SD (Specialized Disclosure) Solutions

Form SD is an Exchange Act form used to satisfy certain disclosure requirements mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. It will be a required filing under Rule 13p-1, if applicable, beginning on may 31st, 2014. Following that date, Form SD filings will be required annually on May 31st for every following year.

Securex is prepared to assist in filing Form SD under Rule 13q-1: Disclosure of Payments by Resource Extraction Issuers.

Securex is well-equipped to file specialized disclosure rules concerning conflict minerals per required by Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act. All public reporting companies, including foreign issuers and smaller reporting companies, will be subject to the mandated rules.
