A graphic-enhanced PDF file which more closely resembles the printed document may be added to your EDGAR filing as an unofficial exhibit to show readers the intended look and layout of the original document.
These PDF files provide wider distribution of a more professional looking document as the formatting does not change when disseminated and viewed in different browsers.
The PDF files can be attached to projects EDGARized either ASCII or HTML and many include graphics, pictures and signatures within document.
Remember: Under the SEC’s Modernized EDGAR rules, a PDF document alone does not constitute an official filing, but the filer has the option of attaching a PDF document to an official filing.
