Add optional EDGAR© PDF files to your EDGAR© filing

A graphic-enhanced PDF file which more closely resembles the printed document may be added to your EDGAR© filing as an unofficial exhibit to show readers the intended look and layout of the original document.

These PDF files provide wider distribution of a more professional looking document as the formatting does not change when disseminated and viewed in different browsers.

The PDF files can be attached to projects EDGARized© either ASCII or HTML and many include graphics, pictures and signatures within document. 

Remember: Under the SEC’s Modernized EDGAR© rules, a PDF document alone does not constitute an official filing, but the filer has the option of attaching a PDF document to an official filing.
